Beware of living here if you have pets. They claim to be pet friendly and like most places you pay your non-refundable pet fee when you move in and a monthly pet-fee every month. But what you realize when you read the fine print of your lease your non refundable pet fee is not used towards pet damages should your pet cause any which is what the pet deposit is for . Had a very good experience with Bec and Marilyn when moving out! They were very kind and generous when dealing with moving out!
Staffs are very rude,it was an insulting experience when i served the documents from RTDRS yesterday,they were laughing when Bec heard my name,and when i closed the door they were laughing again so rude! unprofessional! We are so disappointed when we moved out because they let us pay everything which the one who let us moved in before told us that those small chips of cabinet doors are wear and tear so no need to take photo of those because they will not charge us ,and also the fridge doors,she told us that those are under w... read more
We are disappointed with our stay at this property.The management is un helpful and unprofessional. After we moved out ,they had the audacity to claim costs for repairs.this place is not worth the hassle.
