Very friendly and reasonable to work with. I really like the fact that there was no high pressure to buy something. We were shown the type of rig we were looking for and it was exactly what we wanted. We bought a travel trailer from them and sold them our previous travel trailer. I recommend them to anyone in the market for a rig.
They are the nicest people. Also very helpful and don’t try to take advantage of you, since we are first time RVers. If you need something they will get it for you.

I had a problem with my hot water heater not working. I went to Dans to see what i could do to fix it myself since i did not buy my rv from them. The lady suggested that i have their mobile repair take a look at it since it could be one of several things. They came out the same afternoon and had it fixed within an hour and actually called my extended warranty service and got them to pay everything except my deductable. Great people and great service.
