We were very pleased with the work they did at our home today. They worked very hard, were very respectful, and did great work. I would recommend them and appreciate them for their kindness and the great work they did. They went over and beyond to help us!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called 2 days ago needing a plumber because my drain line was clogged and filling my house up with sewer. They said they would send somebody and never did. They said all their people were working on a bigger, more important job than mine but said that they will send somebody anyway . So I waited for 2 days and then finally they said they were sending somebody and then dan told the guys that were coming to not come to our house, to go to the big project instead. I received a quote that seemed reasonable. They came and did the work in 1 hour and 45 minutes. They attempted to charge me for 3 hours labor at 1.5 times the quoted rate and then added $120 in equipment charges. They did reduce the charged time to 2 hours but that is it. Avoid these people like the PLAGUE!
We just moved to Kingsport, TN. In less than a week the entire sewage system in the house was stopped up. We looked in Yellow pages and called Dan's Professional Plumbing and Repair. The entire experience with this company exceeded our expectations. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and told us she would have a crew out the next day. Disappointed Customer To make a long story short, scheduled appointment for 2:00 p.m. At 4:00 call office and shared no plumber. Was told he was on the way. Finally got a call a 9:15 p.m. saying he was on the way ......NOT. this was after I juggled my schedule to suit his requested time of 2:00 and I do not even get the courtesy of a phone call.
