We had a good experience with this company. The spring on our garage door broke and they were able to come out next day. Arrived when they said they would and had all parts on the truck. Joe was great and provided options and explained everything.
My garage door broke one evening, I gave Dan's Garage Doors Repar company a call and they were out next day. Quick, reasonably priced and friendly service. The technician was super nice and got my garage door fixed immediately. It was like 3 weeks ago and my garage door is still working like it was new. So I definitely recommend this company and it's worth every penny.
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience that I am even happy to not be doing business with them, what I would not recommend to anyone. I work in a construction company and I`ve schedule a side visit with them and my client at the same time to do a big job. They was not just really imprecise with the time, but on a delay of over 1 hour over the 3 hours window schedule. And just after MANY calls they told me the technician would no be able to make it. I've used Dan's Garage Doors Repair on several garage doors and it is awesome. They are reliable and I think their prices are fair. If you're going to get a garage door opener I'd recommend using Dan's Garage Doors Repair.
I reached out on Monday evening and Alicia on the phone was knowledgeable, accommodating and quickly identified repairs needed. A service tech was at my home the next morning at 7.00am. He was courteous as well and completed the task in less than an hour. Am very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism Dan's Garage Doors demonstrated. There's nothing I can think of which would drop the rating to 4 stars - possibly the cost, but it was still in the ballpark of other providers. Thank you!
