My story starts out as this. I was reinstalling a fan for a friend who had relocated from another state. We couldn't find the 2 piece finial that attached the bowl globe to her ceiling fan. I went to the box store was not given any help. I asked them who would have the part they told me someone else who I knew wouldn't have it but I called that place for advice. Very helpful and friendly. Helped over the phone identifying a 15 year old fan we purchased from another Dan's Fan City and recommended to replace the capacitors. After a $50 dollar fix the fans run like new. Also visited another time to get an extension and again received the same outstanding service. Not to mention the fans are quality. I have fans only a year old from big home improvement stores that are broken already. Dan's Fans are the best!

Great place to buy a good fan will be coming back to this location they even have a way to customize your fan which is really nice. great service and nice staff.

Outstanding customer service and products. Even though he didn’t have to Dave went out of his way to make sure that my fans were installed and working correctly. I’ve bought fans from him twice. I send folks there and if I ever need another fan - I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
