I read the other articles about an unfriendly sales clerk at the Port Charlotte store. That person no longer works there. The manager now is Cindy Soukup and she is excellent. The store displays are fine. We had a great experience. We also enjoyed Cindy's Baltimore accent, since I grew up there as well. "Gotta go get some crab cakes, hon." Lol.
My husband and I went to your store today to purchase fans for a bedroom and living room. VERY pleased with Mary as she was so kind and professional. She helped us select the perfect ones. This is our second time going to this store as years ago we bought a beautiful fan . Highly recommend this store. Thank you Mary for knowledge of products . You answered every question we had .
Terrible, I purchased a fan installed and after two weeks I've heard nothing. I called the store and Paul answered and acted like he was concerned. He told me that he would find out what was going on and call me back, but he didn't. I tried calling back, only got the answering machine twice. Still no call. I don't recommend them at all. They advertise great service, but from what I see it's terrible.
The port charlotte store is horrible. My wife and I visited the store at 5:40 pm on 11/22/16 the gray haired idiot there told me thay were closed I said we have 20 minutes before you close he said ya know due to the holidays. It's two days before Thanksgiving and the website said thay were open on the day we went until 6p.m. I told him fine we will spend our money somewhere else he didn't seem to care. Don't shop there thay suck.
If I could give NO stars I would for the horrible customer service I received from the PORT CHARLOTTE store. The grey haired man at this location is extremely rude. On the other, hand, I would recommend the Venice store. They are much more helpful and friendly.
This is definitely the place to come for ceiling fans. Respectful, competent employees and good products. Beats the Naples Lighting & Fan Depot by a mile. If you're thinking of going there, come here instead. You won't be disappointed.
