I went to obtain information on a ceiling fan that suddenly acted up. The ladies asked questions and felt based on my observations that I didn't need to replace the fan. They suggested before calling an electrician, FPL may be of assistance. I appreciated their comments and experience.
Great customer service
Having bought three fans here 30 years ago I returned to see if a broken switch could be repaired. To my delight the owner was able to assemble the necessary parts at what turned out to be a very cheap price. I will return if the the three fans ever give up. Douglas Brown North Port
