These fans are overpriced and truly suck! Poor quality. Had house renovated in 2022. Installed 4 new fans by a licensed electrician. One very large fan started making noise after a year. Vibrating and humming sound. Then another fan in bedroom would not turn on this past Dec 2024. Had to replace receiver in fan. Now my fan in master bedroom won’t turn on. Light comes on but fan won’t turn. I will replace with a Hampton Bay from HD. These DC fans suck. Period!

Thuy at this location is fantastic! Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the store’s products. We had an issue with one of our fans and she immediately knew what the problem was and helped us fix it. If I ever need a new fan, I’m going to Thuy at this location!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dan’s Fans North Palm, after a so so start. It wasn’t ever the service, it was the product. Thei, a beautiful Asian (Vietnamese) woman went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my fan. I’m truly grateful for their awesome customer service. So many places just don’t care if you are happy or not especially once they get your money. Not here! She worked with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I did. Thank you Dan’s Fans! I’m a BIG FAN

We had been looking for ceiling fans at various box stores and online. Our last stop was Dan’s Fan City in NPB, FL. We should have made this our first stop. The manager of this store was wonderful, she helped us pick out 3 beautiful TroposAir Fusion ceiling fans and then she recommended a wonderful electrician, Marclite Electric. We are very happy with our purchases and the next time this will be our first stop.
