Awful! I went to the Melbourne location off of 192 and stood for over 25 min while the gentleman working ignored my family and myself while making small talk with two people picking up items. We ended up leaving. I don’t mind waiting, I do however don’t appreciate not being spoken to and ignored. A simple “hey, I’ll be right with you” would have been nice.
Lisa was fantastic and we purchased a beautiful fan! The inventory was amazing, one more beautiful than the next. Though she was super busy assisting customers, she made sure each of us received excellent service! 🦋
