Terrible. Bought two fans and were going to buy 7 more for new home in Melbourne. One fan (Bedroom) started making terrible noise. Make story short: after several calls to installer then to store manager, still no one came out as warranted. The fan is so loud and noisey that we don't use it and it is one of the highest rated fans. We are no fan of Dan's Fan's (Melbourne) and have since bought fan's elsewhere including Costco. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR EQUIPMENT. We are not angry people and don't like doing this.... read more

Great place with quality products. If someone in front of you wait your turn. If in a hurry come back later. My wife got exactly the style she was looking for and the quality was clear as soon as it came out of the box. My installer said “well this didn’t come from a box store”. Like the “sales guy”. No nonsense.

Not a place I care to do business with. My first and only visit to this store ended with nothing purchased. I visited primarily to see the products offered and to see if my customers would be interested in visiting to purchase seven new fans. After being in the store for over fifteen minutes, with only one other customer there and being totally ignored by the sales person working at the time, I felt maybe they just didn't want my business? Who knows. I will not return and will not recommend this store to my customers.
