Meeting Rob at Dans Fan City on Cleveland Ave proved to be a very comforting experience. I had previously purchased a two upscale fans and had installed. Unfortunately the high performance fan in family room failed. My handyman took down and I went to Dans on a Saturday morning. Rob at the Fort Myers store is extremely knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to get us a downrod from another store overnight. He directed us to buy the quatro 56" outdoor fan for our lani. Small, moves a lot of air, quiet DC motor. All sounds good on paper. While it moves a lot of air, it isn't the quality of a monte carlo/visual comfort. Battery in the remote isn't a standard aa or aaa. My recommendation go with a brand name fan.
Had a good display of ceiling fans. They have parts for any product they sell. Seemed very knowledgeable.

I’ve been a customer of Dan’s Fan for 3 yrs now where I bought all of my homes fans’ from Robert K and it has been an awesome experience!
