Bought 3 beautiful fans from Rob Koenigs last spring. We had problems with one. (Not Dan's Fan City's fault. My handiman did not set up the remote correctly.) Rob quickly identified what he suspected was the issue and had an electrician come out to fix it. Great Service from Rob Koenigs!! He stood by the quality of the fans we had bought and continued to follow up with me until the issue was resolved! Thanks Rob!
This is the place to come to for your fan needs! The manager, Rob Koenigs was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in listening to what we were looking for and showing us our options. He went through each of the options with patience and professionalism. This has become our "spot" for future fan needs and we will be recommending it to our family and friends.
