Called today and spoke to Brett about difficulty placing an order through the website. He asked what I needed and immediately took my order over the phone. He made the process simple, easy, and fast. Hats off. I will not hesitate to do business here again for any thing for a ceiling fan. Dan's had a replacement glass dome for my fan that I couldn't find anywhere else..
Nice local spot, but do not use tristarelectric for any installation or work. They are not experienced and waste your time.
This store is totally packed with fans ! The display and storage all together you can't even walk properly around the store. I have never seen anything like it. He definitely needs organizing and storage. We did get a fan and customer service was outstanding. Thank you!
I did not have a good experience at all
Went in here with my wife to look at fans for a whole house renovation, left and went the other way when the owner/salesperson said the price goes up each day we push it off, i thought he was joking, he wasn’t, so we left and ended up ordering online, jokes on him, we ended up getting 4 fans and didn’t have to deal with an evident racist POS.
