Called on a Friday, texted sales person pics and SF of my home to have kitchen floors installed and refinishing whole house . He said he would send price over that day or Saturday. Never heard from him so I called him the next week and he didn’t recognize my number or know who I was . Sounds like this company does a good job refinishing but their customer service needs a lot of work. More negative responses with the Hingham location I noticed about customer service issues.
Jimmy has been a pleasure to work with. Responds right away to emails, pricing is very fair and has been very flexible with us working around our project dates. Very satisfied customer.
From start, in presenting the different options clearly, to finish, in giving us beautifully refinished red oak floors -- with almost no dust, thanks to the system they use! -- Dan's Custom was excellent. Working with Jimmy Nguyen, who was our contact, was a pleasure.
