Excellent experience, my Durango looks great! I wish i could remember her name but the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly, and she even remembered me from my first visit. Thats always a great feeling. Hopefully i wont need to return, but I would if i had too! 🤣
I cannot say enough good things about Gerber Collision & Glass in Columbia! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle — the repair work looks flawless. You would never know anything had happened. The paint match was perfect, the body lines were spot on, and everything was completed in a timely manner. What really stood out was their communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made everything seamless. Customer ... read more
Took one truck to them, did decent works but communication was poor and slow. Took another vehicle to them for an estimate and got a partial estimate so that they could get it in and start jacking up the price. Estimator told me that he couldn't do a complete estimate because he only had pictures, probably shouldn't have set an appointment with me to bring the vehicle in if the person who needed to see it wasn't going to be there.
Highly recommend!! My husband hit a deer and did a lot of damage to the front end of his truck. Dan’s did an amazing job!! Everyone was so nice and so helpful!! They matched the paint to the truck beautifully! Definitely will use them again if we ever need more work done!
Great staff kept me informed of all the processes going on with my car during repairs would highly recommend anybody to use them
