I had dropped my idler pulley bolt inside of the frame of my car. I called Dan's establishment and asked if they'd bring me a bolt and I'd pay for the bolt and for the delivery. Once the bolt was dropped off, not only was the bolt the wrong length. The thread was wrong as well. I had to walk to anderson to get another bolt at lowes and have called trying to get a refund to no avail. He hasn't returned my calls and won't answer the door at his shop.
