I called to get a quote for an exterior wash for my car. When Dan called me back, he responded, "A wash, I don't do washes," and hung up on me. I completely understand if you don't offer a service. Simply say so. No need to be so rude. I have had several full details with other shops over the last 1-2 years. My last one was in March, which is why I didn't need a full detail now. I certainly won't call this business again.
I can appreciate all the great work he's done for others, but he does not clean leather seats very well! Whatever chemical or cleaning agent, he used burned my wife's bmw seats and all he could say was oops sorry. Don't recommend!
Dan did an amazing job on both my husband and my cars. We appreciated his attention to detail and would highly recommend him to family and friends.
Dan did exactly what he said he would do. I wish I had pictures of the before. He had some work cut out for him. He did a good job. My neighbor liked his work as well and will be contacting him. He's a good guy to.
