We were broke down in town. Messaged them. They read it and ignored us. Really rude. Can't recommend anybody that can read a message that you are broke down and need their services and reads it and simply ignores. Here we are now many days later and the fact is they never responded. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

We brought my husbands truck here to get it fixed and MOST of the people were fairly helpful. They called earlier today to say the truck was done, so we came over to pick it up and no one is here. Everything says they close at 5, including their own phone line, we got here at 4:40, soonest we could get here after my husband getting off work, and it's all shut down! I'm pissed. This is his work truck and people feel like they can just shut it down whenever knowing good and well you have a vehicle ready for pick up.
Wonderful people! Love them like Family. Very knowledgeable and they took excellent care of me.
ON 27JUNE'16, I WAS REFERRED TO DANNY'S BY FIRESTONE FOR TRANSMISSION REPAIR. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS REBUILDING MY TRANSMISSION. DANNY QUOTED ME A PRICE AND WHEN HE REALIZED IT WAS GOING TO MORE, HE IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED ME. WE WENT OVER EVERYTHING AND PROCEEDED WITH BUSINESS. THE WORK CAME WITH A 12 MONTH 12,000 MILE WARRANTY. IT'S NOW 10 MONTHS (24 APR '17 WHEN I CHECK MY CAR IN) 2,658 MILES LATER AND I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. Took my Dodge Ram to Danny today and asked him to see why my rear end was shaking so bad. At no cost to me, he looked at it and said it could be a couple of things. What could have been a $1,400 repair turned into my having bad tires which caused all the trouble. Some shops would have taken that money and ran with it. Not Danny! Class act for sure. As long as Danny can fix any issues that my business or personal vehicles have, Dannys gonna be the guy I take my rides to. I don't trust shops in Killeen very easily and for good... read more
Took my car there to get a diagnostics to see what was wrong with my car they just checked my battery and drove it up the street and cost me $90 dollars and they said they couldn't find the problem I don't recommend this place...
