I bought a boat from Danny’s that had a warranty issue from the factory. I contacted Danny by email on a Saturday evening. Danny himself replied 7am Sunday morning. He apologized from the bottom of his heart for the issue which was not his fault and told me to bring the boat back immediately. He was actually mad himself about the problem. He took care of all the warranty work with the manufacturer and copied me on all the emails but not before he jumped into action on fixing my boat.
