Kids smashed chocolate ice cream on the carpet in the family room. Quite a sticky mess! Yet, the two technicians from this company handled the situation very easily. The carpet was thoroughly cleaned up for a very fair price.
Being close to the beach means there’s a lot of sand and dust that gets into the bedrooms. Danny was absolutely wonderful. The guys showed up with big smiles and great energy. They were able to get all of the sand embedded in the fibers of the carpet. The carpets are so soft and clean. It’s a night and day difference.
I am so incredibly happy with the service that I received today. My golden retriever loves to lie on the carpet in the hallway. It was starting to get dark and dirty. The technician was very informative about the best way to treat the area where my dog likes to lie. He was able to lift all of the dirt from the carpet quickly. Communication was perfect end to end.
