One because of an accident and whole back panel plus so mechanical things. They gave me an estimate each time right away and their turn around time is best in the area. 0 Star : My Experience The work took an entire week longer than was promised and is still not complete. A small piece was broken and has not been replaced as of today, 7/26/23. The extra touch-up job on ding dents was not completed as promised but attempted as I waited. I left the car because I was not going to drive with wet paint. I was given the excuse that the delay in finishing was the result of waiting for replacements "clips" for pieces that broke when the car was prepared for the requested work.
