Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not go to this place. I had a flat tire issue and explained that I understood they were busy. That’s why I was willing to simply drop off the tire — which I had already removed myself — and pick it up whenever it was ready. Despite that, they still refused to help. I was being flexible and giving them all the time they needed, so the experience felt very unfair and discriminatory.
I am a long time customer with Danny. Great and care services from Danny personally as always. Service quality is good and price very reasonable. I am informed the issues with my car, and what will be done with estimates beforehand. Highly recommended from my heart.

I recently stopped by Danny’s Mechanic Shop because my car door hinge was making a small noise and just needed a quick tightening. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t positive. When I arrived, the person at the shop appeared preoccupied with their phone and told me they didn’t have time to take a look. I explained it was a simple two-minute job, but the response I received made me feel dismissed rather than helped.
