People are polite.
Had to go back 4 times (live an hour away) to get an almost completed car. Got so frustrated I finally took the car with me on the last visit. (Already had paid for the work) I know my mistake. Simple body work and paint. They would forget to paint parts, bubbles in paint, or fix what was agreed upon to fix. I'd call the night before and go over the list and was told it was done or would be done by the time I arrived. Not true, complete incompetence.
