Kevin(window technician) and Dawn(carpet technician) were very thorough both when asking me about my concerns and expectations before cleaning began, as well as during the cleaning process. I'm extremely happy with the results...my windows seem to have disappeared and my carpets look like new! Haven't used a professional carpet cleaner in the past.
