I went in for a brown hair color, but even after two attempts they still didn’t get it right. The first time my hair turned blonde, which looked terrible, and the second time it came out red instead of the shade I wanted. The stylist was working on another client at the same time, and the whole process felt unorganized. The atmosphere didn’t feel professional, and even the layers haircut was uneven. Overall, I’m really unhappy with my experience — I don’t think they really know what they’re doing.
My overall experience is good. Staff is very supportive. I really like the service of Parul Didi for skincare and Jass Veera for haircut. Me and my friend visited the salon. The experience was really good.
I went here many times but wasn’t satisfied but i love the employee name Parul she did my face grooming and i was so satisfied with her service she not even once hurted me with thread and gave me painful marks she gave me good suggestions about my skin too… best service ..
Came here for eyebrow threading three times now. The first time, it was good. Not the best, but no complaints. The second time, I came back for a clean up about two weeks later: it was great. I came in for the third time and I clearly explained that I only wanted a clean up, not a shape change or anything else. The woman doing my eyebrows went on to do the worst work imaginable on my face.
