I visited this place last Sunday, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The person who cut my hair was unprofessional and did not pay proper attention to the haircut. When I politely pointed out the issue, he responded rudely and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Visiting here is simply a waste of both your time and money. I hope the management takes customer service and professionalism more seriously in the future.
Worse experience with krishma..she’s very unprofessional. Done worse with my hair and has zero knowledge regarding hair treatments. Krishma put chemicals on my hair roots and scalp she even don’t know where to apply hair chemicals. Even people with zero knowledge of hair treatments, don’t apply chemical to scalp and roots but she was completely unaware of this, and she’s working as professional hair, stylist at the salon. To hide her mistakes, the salon owner focuses on fake positive reviews for Karishma.
I had such a wonderful experience with Krishma! She did an incredible job with my hair color and hair straightening. She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered even better results than I expected. My hair looks beautiful, feels smooth, shiny, and healthy. The haircut was 10/10. And Karishma was very supportive, understood my vision properly and delivered as promised.
