Lazy, doesn't return calls, we hired him for a easy open shut car accident and he said it would go quick, that was 8 months ago and my husband was the one calling to get things done now he has both checks saying he is waiting on the hospital to decide a settlement when we provided proof the hospital is paid in full. I highly do not recommend this attorney
Probably the worst lawyer experience I ever had. Very understanding prior to going to court. Impossible to get ahold of. Said I was rude when I asked to speak to him personally and not through phone. The judge was also just as bad so not all his fault. Not from this town but never have I ever had a court situation go this long and unsolved. Could have represented myself better. Would NOT recommend. Great father though

I had never met Danny Smith face to face until a few days ago .I had spoken to him on the phone and at that time he was very polite and helpful so I set up an appointment for me and my family .
