I have been a patient of Dr. Fox for over 25 years, and he is always a great doctor. But today is the day I must say is unacceptable. I had an appointment at 9:45 and I walked in at 9:48. I held the door open for a mother with a disabled adult child. They walked to counter first. At this time, there was already 2 patients in waiting room. I waited standing behind the mother for 5 minutes, but I could see it was taking a while with the handicapped child so I sat down. Mind you, I checked in online the night before. He is a wonderful doctor. Caring and thorough. He has been caring for our family for the last 15 years.
Dr Fox is a great doctor who makes you feel comfortable, very thorough when going over all your health concerns and just general issues that come with age. I had the same doctor for 30 years so trying to replace that was not easy as I went through many doctors who just made you feel like a number. So now I hope to remain here as he and his staff make you feel comfortable and the wait is almost non existent which is very rare, but Don't be late! This is how they keep things going smoothly.
Takes as much time as it takes - he's interested in me as a patient. I've felt rushed at other Primary Care Physicians - never with Dr. Fox
