We really appreciated his analytical style—he actually studies the market data to help you navigate a tough buyer's market with facts rather than just guessing. He kept us updated constantly with detailed check-ins, and when we had to deal with some tricky, less-than-ideal potential buyers, his calm guidance saved us a lot of stress.
