Friendly and knowledgeable. Danny helped us find, win, and negotiate our new home. Both my husband and I have very busy jobs that require us to be in the office during normal business hrs. Danny helped setup and was present for extra inspections needed (roof, termite etc). He even got several quotes to help with negotiations, leading to a very favorable credit reimbursement. Danny is very responsive via text. If you are in the market for a home, do not hesitate to give him a call :)
