My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The wait time is way to long sometimes i would have to wait for 1 hr.They would not write down the right times for appointments a couple times.they would schedule me for stuff and would not let me know the day or time for them. after telling me they would let me know.th... read more

They pretty much coerced me to schedule follow-up appointments. I felt forced into it and extremely uncomfortable. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful.
