Dr .Dejani has canceled multiple appointments. The red flag should have been when he would not accept me as a patient unless I put his name on my medical insurance card. This office has also ignored my request for refills causing me a serious medical emergency. During a doctor's visit to Dr Dajani office personally for a request for refills.
