Dr. Abraham is wonderful. He listens well and does well to put my mind at ease when i have questions.
I am writing this review express my extreme dissatisfaction with the utterly unacceptable level of care provided by the University of Maryland Medical System, specifically the Upper Chesapeake and Harford Primary Care practices. My experience has been nothing short of disastrous. After my original physician abruptly left the practice, I was assigned a new doctor. Initially, things seemed manageable. For whatever reason I have had nothing but trouble getting prescription refills for the past 6 months or so. I constantly have to call the office for approval although my pharmacy promptly sends in the requests. This is an outrage considering my meds are primarily used to control my blood pressure. Unfortunately I only get a 30 day supply at a time and my insurance will not pay if I try to refill too soon. Looking forward to switching doctors offices and hopefully getting better service. Dr Mary Grace is my doctor and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Every time she makes me feel like she really cares about me almost like we're family.
