I show up, explain I’m late, we get me checked in. All good, right? 20 minutes into waiting for my appointment, the girl who checked me in calls me back up (so now it’s been 9:40-10:00) and says “so it looks like you were past the grace period so we’re going to have to reschedule”. Edit: Upon leaving this review, I was contacted and my problem was addressed and resolved very quickly. Since they switched it is almost impossible to book a new appointment , no one answered or called back when you leave a message.
The medical care is efficient careful & caring. Checking in for your appointment encourages the use of their kiosks. Don't do it. Go straight to the check-in desk. The automated check-in is arduous, pedantic, confusing, & eventually a waste of time that you'll have to repeat at the check-in counter.
I visited the center on 12/20. I was experiencing symptoms of a stroke. The staff was so professional and kind. They administered every test imaginable. Thank God everything was ok. I want to give a Special thank you to Nurse Evelyn. I've never met a more sweet soul in my life. She catered to me, my husband and daughter like we were first in her home. She made sure that we were comfortable. She gave us snacks and drinks. I hope and pray that Nurse Evelyn understands that God has blessed her with warmth and compassion.
The doctors and nurse are a 5, the staff are so so many calls and voicemails barely ever get answered how am I going to receive treatments and medication if I can’t get ahold of them these are things I need to live.
