I did a lot of research for transitioning moving from Philly Pa. to Florida and realtor Erica Jacobs @thejacobsgroup is exactly as reviewed. (Check out her other reviews). WOW!!! That's all I can say about Jolinda with The Jacobs Group. She is so precise in all she does and I knew she would treat my family the same way when we suffered a lost and had to sell a house quickly for the best price. I trust Jolinda with my families biggest asset and she pulled through for a clean, no pressure closing fast and efficiently. We love working with her and wouldn't choose anyone else in the area. Let me start by saying Danny is the best! He went way beyond my expectations. He was even in contact with my realtor in Orlando to keep the ball rolling. Danny made it possible for me to have my forever home (townhouse).I will ddefinitely refer Danny to anyone!!

Highly recommend Danny and Erica! They are so knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process. Helping find the right home and fit, and spotting things throughout homes you are looking at. Having them on your side is like having the dream team!
