Dan and Erica are amazing! We just closed on our house in The Villages! We had quite a few curve balls thrown at us, and Dan stepped up each time and helped with solutions and managing everything as we were still in NJ! He met with inspectors, appraisers, and got us whatever help we needed to get the deal closed! Erica had every contract, addendum, report over to us in record time to either sign or for our records!
