They lied and I even have proof...they offered a year lease and then a month to month renewal and that's the only reason I accepted the year lease and now they're saying they don't offer month to month and I have to sign another year lease. If you can't honor a contract why should we be expected to and when asked about it via email they have ignored us. How professional

Very rude to deal with, hard to get a hold of, never seemed to actual fix issues we were having (just put band aids on them), and were not forth coming about our lease. We had a backyard tenet that did not have his own meter, so we paid his utilities for 6 months without knowing. We only found out after putting 2 and 2 together, and when bringing it up to Dannheim they acted like we “should” have known, but it wasn’t in our original lease at all! Avoid this company. Seriously. Our experience was stressful, unfair, and completely avoidable. We moved out early, paid for a professional deep cleaning, and left the property in good condition—yet they tried to charge us extra fees for painting and cleaning that were already paid for or normal wear and tear. They never provided a Move-In Condition form, making it easy for them to blame pre-existing issues on us. Horrible company!! Doesn’t respond to any questions, doesn’t respond to maintenance requests, they ignore you for days and will try to add late fees…Will let you go all weekend with no ac. When you call emergency maintenance, they do absolutely nothing and don’t even bother calling you back. It’s been 90 plus degrees in my house for two days now, zero calls from anyone trying to resolve the issue.
