If I could give zero stars, I would. I lived in one of their properties during my sophomore year of college, and it was by far the worst housing experience I had in Lubbock. If you're considering renting from them, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. They took our deposit and tacked on numerous fees and damage charges, and then send your account to collections if you dispute the charges. I recommend reading the other reviews before making any decisions and take pictures when you move in.
This company is such a joke. I'm a current tenant and I can't get any work orders done to my house, missing shingles, roof leaks, floor in bathroom around toilet is caving in. Work orders get canceled, no contact from management except for annual inspection where they gripe at you for light bulbs missing but light bulbs weren't even in there at move in and i had to buy them.
