DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! The house was filthy upon move in, grass was up to my calves, shower door fell off when cleaning it, many items from previous renters left on the property, dishwasher rusted and in pieces. Carpet in bedroom smelled like dog pee and ripped in numerous places, had to replace about 9 light bulbs, trim in house filthy and chewed up...I could go on. Been with Dannheim for going on 4 years. I haven’t had issues. Every request is worked on asap. The people I’ve dealt with are always so kind!
They lied and I even have proof...they offered a year lease and then a month to month renewal and that's the only reason I accepted the year lease and now they're saying they don't offer month to month and I have to sign another year lease. If you can't honor a contract why should we be expected to and when asked about it via email they have ignored us. How professional
Some homes are over priced especially the condition it took me 2weeks to clean a house before I moved in when calling office they don’t answers even when you call back they don’t answers they don’t return phone calls some houses are old and are very expensive you have to sign a new lease 4months before old lease has expired which is odd did I say they are hard to reach on the office I cleaned carpet 4times DOG URINE EVERYWHERE CARPET DOG URINE STAINS OH MY MY CLOTHES SMELL LIKE THE URINE but maintenance is extremely efficien... read more
Very rude to deal with, hard to get a hold of, never seemed to actual fix issues we were having (just put band aids on them), and were not forth coming about our lease. We had a backyard tenet that did not have his own meter, so we paid his utilities for 6 months without knowing. We only found out after putting 2 and 2 together, and when bringing it up to Dannheim they acted like we “should” have known, but it wasn’t in our original lease at all!
