DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! Myself, my boyfriend and daughter lived in one of their homes and it was absolutely horrible. They never answer their phones but when you have a fee they add they will harass you till it’s paid even it’s not a legitimate fee. We consistently had our yard done and mowed but they always sent people to do it even if you had time stamped photos showing the yard did not need it. Excellent property management company with reasonable rent prices, high-quality housing, effective maintenance coordination, and overall a great company to rent from. I rented from Dannheim for about 3 years and never had a rental rate change, had positive and prompt interactions anytime a maintenance request was submitted, and will recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent. They’re horrible about addressing problems within the home. Leaving this here until we get a new garbage disposal. And who knows how long that will take with their willingness to fix things. It took us months and months to get a new Dishwasher. They then replaced it with an equally cheap one that already has the same problems appearing. The homes are very cheaply built. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! The house was filthy upon move in, grass was up to my calves, shower door fell off when cleaning it, many items from previous renters left on the property, dishwasher rusted and in pieces. Carpet in bedroom smelled like dog pee and ripped in numerous places, had to replace about 9 light bulbs, trim in house filthy and chewed up...I could go on.
