Super Easy to rent from great customer service and beautiful properties. Can't go wrong here
The full-size fridge in my 2-nedroom duplex was replaced with a miniaturized fridge meant for a large hotel room or small efficiency. I have spent a month and a half begging for a full size fridge, to no luck. At one point, a female staffer of Dannheim told me over the phone that I had no rights in the situation and that it didn't matter how small the repalcement fridge was, as long as there was technically one in place at all. Excellent company. Has very quick to respond to tenants as well as repairs.
Some homes are over priced especially the condition it took me 2weeks to clean a house before I moved in when calling office they don’t answers even when you call back they don’t answers they don’t return phone calls some houses are old and are very expensive you have to sign a new lease 4months before old lease has expired which is odd did I say they are hard to reach on the office I cleaned carpet 4times DOG URINE EVERYWHERE CARPET DOG URINE STAINS OH MY MY CLOTHES SMELL LIKE THE URINE but maintenance is extremely efficien... read more
