Brought a truck from here. Never again,no. Communication between staff,been a week and the truck isn't even ready. Truck should have been looked at repaired before even put on the sale line. I worked for dealerships my whole life and I can't believe Ford let's them keep there dealership,very unacceptable.
Dannemora Ford always does an excellent job taking care of my truck and whatever I need. I am always able to get service in a timely manner and everyone I deal with (Jason, Carl, Tom and all the mechanics) are very knowledgeable, great to talk with and always very pleasant and courteous. I plan on continuing to do business with Dannemora Ford for several years to come.
The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, professional and straightforward about any other issues that may arise with hints of what to look for prior to problems .
