Hypnotherapy was a wonderful choice. I could not believe how easy it was to quit smoking with hypnotherapy. I am still amazed that I do not have any withdrawls, or need to buy cigarettes. I have been thru several stressful situations, and I have not turned to ciggs. Totally surprised that being around other people smoking has not given me the urge to smoke. A total believer... It was like a load was lifted off my chest.
