I made a point to have a prior discussion with her regarding my son's serious mental health issues. When we went to the appointment she forgot about that and asked me to review the issues in front of him. I did so, but felt uncomfortable as I didn't think that was best but I was caught off guard and was feeling vulnerable because of my son's issues . She was nonchalant about having forgotten.
