While I understand that schedules change, the way D’Ann Ford handled our scheduled showing was unacceptable. After I made arrangements to leave work early and clear the house of pets, she was a complete no-show. No call, no cancellation, and no response until my realtor finally reached her via text, where she claimed they were running behind. It is surprising to see such a lack of basic professional courtesy from a brand like Sotheby's. A simple phone call would have saved me significant time and inconvenience.

D’Ann Ford and her team are exceptional. D’Ann is highly professional and skilled in all aspects of the real estate transaction. Communication is exemplary. She was able to troubleshoot issues and provide excellent resources for repair professionals where needed.
