In my opinion, this company is the WORST company that I have ever had to build with! From day one, we were led to believe one thing and then told a completely different story. We were told that prices wouldn’t go up after contract to receiving thousands on top of our contract price. WARNING: DO NOT BUILD WITH DANMAR. If I could give zero stars, I would. Danmar turned what should have been the dream of building our forever home into an absolute nightmare. For almost a year before the contracted completion date, they virtually stopped communicating unless they wanted a payment. Emails were ignored. Phone calls weren’t returned. We recently completed our townhouse development at 27 Riseley Street with Danmar Homes and are very happy with the outcome. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe, and the quality of the finished homes met our expectations. Throughout the project, Paul, Simon, Maureen and the Danmar team were professional, responsive and helpful.
