I purchased a Living Social deal for 4 hrs of cleaning in April of 2015.. When I first tried to contact them no one responded. I left messages that I was requesting a specific day in May (over one month of notice to schedule). After several msgs, I got a text saying "what city"? I responded DENVER. No call no showed after booking move out services two weeks out. Lost my deposit due to this company.
First cleaning with Living Social was horrible, so Amy agreed to redo the cleaning and gave me a free cleaning to make up for the trouble. No confirmation call for the second cleaning, so I texted and she said she needed to reschedule because of the weather. I've texted multiple times now to get that rescheduled and she won't respond. So shady.
Amy comes to clean my home regularly. I run a boarding kennel out of my home and she does a fabulous job with the dogs and a thorough clean every time. Affordable and friendly. Don't know what I'd do without her

We hired her to clean and the first time she did great but the times following she seemed to miss things. She never showed up and we called her and she said she forgot and then said she would do a free cleaning. We paid her anyways because we didnt feel right about her cleaning for free. Then when she left and we came home we noticed the toilets were still dirty. She forgot to clean the toilets. We contacted her and let her know and she said she would give us a discount next time.
