SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BLOWOUTS! This was such a terrible experience and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I went in for a blowout at 8am, I specifically told the stylist that I did not want my hair straightened with a flat iron over text the night before. I told her I wanted a BLOWOUT. They rushed the whole process for my blowout. They cut my ends TERRIBLE and rushed to put a cap on so I wouldn’t notice the damage. I even asked her if she cut all of my ends because it took her 1min to do so. My hair frizzed up within 30mins because they didn’t do the rollers correctly. The worst Dominican blowout I ever had in my life!!! When I called for a refund, the owner offered to redo the blowout.
