SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BLOWOUTS! This was such a terrible experience and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I went in for a blowout at 8am, I specifically told the stylist that I did not want my hair straightened with a flat iron over text the night before. I told her I wanted a BLOWOUT. I arrive at the salon in the morning, she blow dries my hair then guess what? Proceeds to flat iron it and I told her no, I specifically asked you not to do that.
