Dr. James, please hire some competent front office people. I went to for a regular cleaning, was told to wait because someone who came after me was let in first. We were the only two in the lobby and the other patient was let in first because they were familiar with the front desk person. The other patient even asked if I should go first. Trash service, wouldn't ever come back, I would recommend steering clear until the front desk personel is changed. Been going to Dr. Chen for about 3 years now and he always does an amazing job! I've had multiple cleanings, deep cleanings and fillings done and all procedures were done with great care and precision time after time! Highly reccommend!

Couple with his expertise, he has an ability to explain his procedures in plain language for anyone to understand.
