Dr. James has incredible attention to detail and a great eye for aesthetics. Honestly, I’ve never had a dentist be this careful and thoughtful.
This review has been a long time coming, but my family and I have been seeing Dr. James Chen over the last 10+ years and it's been amazing. Anytime my friends are looking for a new dentist, I always recommend him to them. I used to be so nervous going to the dentist when I was younger, but since switching to Dr. Chen, I look forward to my check ups and any dental work I need. I'm always amazed at how thorough he is. Dr. James, please hire some competent front office people. I went to for a regular cleaning, was told to wait because someone who came after me was let in first. We were the only two in the lobby and the other patient was let in first because they were familiar with the front desk person. The other patient even asked if I should go first. Trash service, wouldn't ever come back, I would recommend steering clear until the front desk personel is changed. Been going to Dr. Chen for about 3 years now and he always does an amazing job! I've had multiple cleanings, deep cleanings and fillings done and all procedures were done with great care and precision time after time! Highly reccommend!
