Danilo Martinez has a great system to get first time home buyers into the GTA at below market prices.
Very disappointing experience with this realtor company. The person I dealt with was extremely difficult to communicate with, came across as ignorant and unprofessional, and did not follow through on commitments made during the process of selling my home. To make matters worse, professionalism and accountability were clearly lacking. I would strongly suggest others to think twice before doing business here.
