I never write reviews, but in this case I want to. I met JC years ago when he first leased my condo. In true JC fashion, the unit was rented within days!!! Not only does he find a tenant rapidly, he uses his expertise, researching the market to garner the highest rental and often times sets the new rental high for the building. I've recommended him to family and friends and he has not disappointed. JC is so personable, honest, and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend him !!
