I've purchased several pairs of Chippewa boot regular and American ranging from 175.00 to 300.00 each . Chippewa warranties the Americans if the boot has wear per the manufacturing . You pay 20.00 to send your boots back and Chippewa decides it they will warranty them , if you you receive s new replacement pair . This is through Chippewa . I have brought back a few pairs and receive replacement boot . Yet when doing do I find I have been treated horribly....rude , snotty ad if I shouldn't be using the warranty!!!
