I’m really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in for a simple haircut with April, when i got home i noticed my hair was completely uneven with pieces sticking out. I gave them another chance to fix it, but unfortunately, the second cut also left my hair uneven. I tried to explain what I wanted she gave me an attitude saying she sees where it is uneven however when i got home i have noticed again that the hair is still not straight. My daughters and I were just about to head to this salon but after reading all the negative reviews, we decided to go elsewhere.
As a client of Hannah’s, I must say she is awesome! I love the time she takes with me to make sure my services are exactly what I asked for!
Don’t book with Hannah for hair needs if you want someone dependable!! Your appointments will be canceled even if you call, and it’s within the grace period.
I came in for a half up-do hairstyle and it failed HORRIBLY! I’ve had my hair done for multiple events at other salons and have never had an experience like this. My hair was initially curled in 10 minutes after I mentioned it falls flat easily. It needed re-curled from playing around with it so much trying to get the hairstyle and then again fell flat by time I made it home.
