I would like to thank Absolom Herrera, and the and the entire team at Danielsen Westhoff for a job well done! My case took roughly 6 months to complete. We were able to settle outside of court through mediation. Before hiring Abosolom, I literally had years of being stonewalled, as I attempted to come up with a fair plan to divide our assets. Christian Rojas represented me for just over a year and a very high conflict, divorce. He was very professional, and listened to and validated my concerns. I’m convinced that without him and his team, the outcome of my divorce would not have come out as possible. We went to trial, he was very levelheaded and there was a stark contrast between him and my ex-wife’s attorney. Christian conducted himself exactly how an attorney should in trial. 5 stars.
Ray has done an excellent job representing me in a contentious co-parenting case. She truly understands my side and my needs and has been an amazing advocate. She's the perfect balance of kind, understanding, knowledgeable, tenacious and knows how to get results. I've gone through several years of custody related legal situations and after switching firms, have finally found the right fit. I definitely recommend Ray and her team.
Christian was more helpful than I could have imagined. As this was my second time dealing with a family lawyer, he exceeded my expectations. He was understanding of we were after, realistic with possible outcomes and most importantly really cared about our family.
