I love this restaurant! Laid back family feel to the atmosphere, great home cooked recipes and really nice servers. Great place to go for a family night out or fun with friends!!!
RecommendedMy husband and i go quite often, we have never had bad food,the waitresses and waiters are very nice and friendly,they have great personalities,Mike,the owner has always been very nice,always makes time to talk to the customers when he is there,we don't have any complaints.
Do you always make it a point to argue with your customers? Seriously, though. How asinine. Rather than own up to the fact that you made a mistake, and work to make it right, you blame the customer. Customer Service 101. Also, I found it interesting that you used a Bible verse, as if Jesus would somehow justify your childish tactics.
Service was horrible, food was mediocre, and facility was blah...
I came in for dinner with my mom tonight, we left with some mixed feelings. I ordered the southwest chicken, which came with a baked potato and a side salad. The chicken was surprisingly good. The salad was served with light dressing, that was sour, so I sent it back. My mom ordered the all you can eat shrimp, it came with fries and coleslaw. She ordered her fries extra crispy. First off, I should have wrote this 6 weeks ago when this happened. I didn't because I was honestly hoping to give the restaurant another try. Unfortunately, I had some things show up on my newsfeed tonight and have looked at reviews and responses to reviews and I won't be returning. It appears I am far from the only one who shares my opinions. My family of five ordered take out on a Monday evening. I called and ordered and was told 15 minutes.
